Story Behind the Song
I came up with the chorus when the "lookin'
back into myself" lyric popped into my head
one day on the way to the mountain bike trail.
The rest sortof came together as I was tracking
the arrangement.
It's about not worrying so much about the ratrace
of life and just taking a breath and relaxing and
not worrying about keeping up with the Jones.
