	Story Behind the Song I wrote “Does He Know” in the fall of 1986. I had just found out through a friend that my partner had not been as faithful as I had thought. The feelings of betrayal and hurt wound up being the motivation for this song. In those days I could still be deeply upset by things like infidelity. “Does He know” is a song about confronting an unfaithful lover. In 1991 I chose it to be the first song on my first CD, very much like I am choosing it now to be the first song I upload to mp3.com. I hope you enjoy it.
