	This is the second track off of our first demo Lesson 1. It's about friendship, or lack there of. It was recorded at hospital field house, Arbroath by Nick Green.

	Story Behind the Song The song came from all of our close friends becoming assholes, so we thought, fuck it, we'll write a song bout it. What it is to be a true friend. It was written in our drummers bedroom and took about an hour to write, and a life time to perfect. We recorded it the day we wrote it so it's not as good as it is now but hey..We actually pulled it off in two takes which is pretty damn impressive, I have to say.
