	Story Behind the Song It took me about twenty minutes to write this, after I had been out for a pizza with my family in 1989. There was a girl working behind the counter, making pizza dough, and we had an imaginary affair by lots of eye flirting. Filled with teenage romantic angst, I went home and this song spilled out. Will she ever hear it? I doubt it.
