	Story Behind the Song I went to see my cousin's daughter in a production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and was inspired to come up with my own scenario based on the title. The lyrics reflect on lovers separated by distance and the nightly flights of fantasy on which they embark only in dreams. Recording this song probably took about eight hours from soup to nuts. The cool thing about going into the studio to record is that I get to experience all the sounds I can hear in my head, but can't do with one guitar and one voice. I love full production! The way we record is to put all the boo-bop in first then add my guitar and voice. I do those in one take, then go back and "punch in" anything that needs to be improved. It works very well!
