	first completed demo with the man named jim playing bass, jesse on guitars and vocals, and mike on the drumset. at this point in time, kate, not yet fitted with a piano, spawned the creation of the angelic vocal part after the core of the song had been recorded, thus making her mark on the future of red door exchange.
	Story Behind the Song The drums, guitar, and bass were recorded on the second take, not long after the strings of chords and their resident progressions were stitched together somewhat on the fly. Keyboards, vocals, and mock trumpet were all added later. Lyrics were extracted from the sounds of improvised melodies, coming to mean (it would seem) something concerning the sabbath. Lyrics it's our day off what are we (a girl) to do shall we go out on a picnic or stay here with you on our day off ooh i've paid it all in time to die that's all that's all i came here for i beg you all lay down your lives that's all that's all i'm asking for that's all that's all
