	Story Behind the Song This song was written twenty-five years ago when I found out Peggy my then girlfiend and bckgrnd vocalist was going to make me a daddy. I guess that's why our generation is called the "Baby-Boomers". Being confused, happy, and scared all in one, like most of us guys back then in this situation, I grabbed my guitar, hopped in my car, and drove to the beach. This was about 3:00am. I got there looked at the waves tossing and turning, and words and music just flowed. The stuff I also grabbed you know in case I got thirsty, or wanted to smoke, intensified those feelings. Well, to make a long story short, Peggy and I still get together and do music once and awhile. How many of you guys out there can say your X wife is one of your best friends? And theres always a happy ending to a good story, I now have a beautiful 24 year old daughter Janis, and she has brought into this world my grandson, Josh.
