Story Behind the Song
I wrote this song in the throws of life and love. Not expecting the
circumstances that would occur, I buried myself in my pen and paper.
This song was written in Tallahassee, Fl.. It took me a couple of hours
to write it and was recorded by some of the best musicians in Nashville.
It took about 2 takes and it was completed.
Lyrics
Chorus:
It's like a hurrican, or driving in the pouring rain,
Baby it's enough to drive a man insane,
Like running wild and free, through the fields of destiny,
Out of control and much to blind to see,
Like a dream that won't come true,
Like a sky that won't turn blue,
I'm a thousand miles away, can't touch, can't say,
just what I feel for you, Inside.
