This song was written out of the devastating events of September 11, 2001. I found myself feeling just as hopeless as everyone else, wondering "What Can I do to help"? We didnt' have alot of money at the time, so we couldn't really contribute that way. So I poured that emotion into this song, sending those who were touched by the event a chance to have a good Holiday season. |

Lyrics
It's often said that things will change
But they could not have known about September.
One nation strong, but often divided
A world rearranged, we reflect, we remember..
I wish you peace
I wish you love
I wish you hope
I wish you Christmas
Love, once suspended in darkness and shadows,
is freed once again, but only if you're strong.
Trust in the truth, in the real meaning of Christmas,
and I'll promise you that you can't go wrong.
I wish you peace
I wish you love
I wish you hope
I wish you Christmas.
No, I don't mind all the memories
That Christmas brings me of you.
Now hands hold hands, no such thing as a stranger.
A world somehow in chains, but we're all linked together.
So this Christmas Eve, try to turn to one another
And share all the heartbeats that you can together.
I wish you peace
I wish you love
I wish you hope
I wish you Christmas
