Sunshiny day is a very rigid yet, heartfelt New rock anthem designed for the people and essentially by the people for community awareness.Basically a wake-up call so that we may monitor and be aware of any local and/or federal government issues that may or may not be in the peoples best interest.

    Story Behind the Song
In 1996, 15 year old Ricky Cullipher was sentenced to serve 9 years in an adult correctional facility for a crime he did not commit. Sunshiny Day represents the frustration of a community seeking justice from the hands of uncaring local politicians and the fear that they may one day also fall through the cracks of an imperfect system ruled by class and greed.

    Lyrics
Are you happy? Can you be? they're sucking life , your liberty. Unknowing innocence from which they feed. They call me paranoid call me weird. I don't work all day for a beer. And you can flush you're freedom, it's not real. Close you're eyes and hold your breath.Strong reprise without regret. You can wait for your sunshiny day,you can piss away hope for delay. Systematically they've done for years. To close a case seal the final kiss. Front page news your weekly blues. So you think you've got the private home. They watch and wait for someone to conform. As if you don't grieve what they've done. Close your eyes and hold your breath, Strong reprise without regret, You can wait for your sunshiny day you can piss away hope for delay........ Watch the birds flying in the sky. You're freedom at fifteen was denied. Cellmates and violence where can you hide? Close you're eyes and hold your breath.Strong reprise without regret. You can wait for your sunshiny day you can piss away hope for delay... Performance and sound recording-copyright 1999 Gary Vincent all rights reserved.
