	Story Behind the Song Skydiver Friends unfolded over about a year. It largely came from my ambivalence about playing cover songs in bars full of drunk people who were doing their best to have a good time-- and largely due to alcohol, succeeding better than me. It's generally hard for performing musicians to separate work and play, especally when working as a player for people who are hard at play after a long week's work... I played and sang everything, except for electric guitars by Justin Abedin and some very subtle programming by Matt DeMatteo Lyrics Skydiver Friends My crazy skydiver friends invest a lot in their good time. They see it as a means to an end, not the end in itself. Sometimes that means 'til the end of the night. Good times aren't free. Good times aren't free. Good times.
