	Story Behind the Song The song began as companion music to a promotional video for Bike New York (more information on them at http://www.bikenewyork.org/). It grew into its own and is my own reflection on the hope and promise of my own move to New York City a little over a year prior to the writing of the song, despite the hardships involved in settling into town, keeping money in my pocket, and my personal experiences of September 11th.
