I was stopped by a group of young people looking for a man with the special alligator. The man and alligator then came to my house. They followed me through the forest. I found out the alligator was a special dancing alligator.

    Story Behind the Song
I had a strange dream. I was driving through a rainy night. Then I was stopped by a group of young Asian gang members. They are stopping many Asian people passing by the street. I was released after I showed them my ID and they knew I wasn’t whom they were looking for. I walked through the forest and came to my house. The rain was pouring. Then a middle-aged man with an alligator followed me to my house standing right outside of my door. I said "Not the alligator!" But he and alligator came in. The alligator had an intelligence of a 2-to-3-year-old human child. He spoke like a toddler and acts like a toddler. He started to eat the food on the table. This song is based on this dream of mine.

    Lyrics
    The Alligator

Driving the night, I was stopped by the group of young Asian gang men
Searching for the a man who’s stolen their precious creature
They stopped my car, checking my ID, then let me go cause I wasn’t him
Then I saw an old man hiding in the bush holding the silver big reptile

He can dance although his an alligator
He took chance, he’s a special alligator
Tried to go to France not look like an alligator
But these pants didn’t fit this alligator

Came through the forest, I could finally find my way home around the midnight
But the old man with the creature came followed me all the way to home
Invited themselves, coming to my house, felt like at their home, ate all my food!
Turning the radio on , playing a round song, "Hey, check out the funky move he makes."

He can dance although his an alligator
He took chance, he’s a special alligator
Tried to go to France not look like an alligator
But these pants didn’t fit this alligator

Wake up in the morning, but there is no one but me the man and creature has gone away. Gone away.
But I remember the funky way the alligator moves around the floor
Invited themselves, coming to my house, felt like at their home, ate all my food!
Turning the radio on , playing a round song, "Hey, check out the funky move he makes,"
Then I saw one day, on a TV show, what did I see, I couldn’t believe!
"Here is the funky, one and only, the big silver dancing, alligator."

He can dance although his an alligator
He took chance, he’s a special alligator
Tried to go to France not look like an alligator
But these pants didn’t fit this alligator

He can dance although his an alligator
He took chance, he’s a special alligator
Tried to go to France not look like an alligator
But these pants didn’t fit this alligator
