	Story Behind the Song FINDING ONES'SELF AND COMING TO UNDERSTAND WHO YOU REALLY ARE the song was written in my bedroom when i was just noodling aroung with the opening riff! from there the song pretty much wrote itself. it only took about three takes to get it. i'm not a big believer on 50 take sessions, unless of course it takes you 50 times to get a magic take. the lyrics to me are about being consumed by our own weaknesess and codependency. whether it 's drug's/alchohol or anything thats harmful to the mind body & spirit,and most importantly, other people!
