	Story Behind the Song I had gone on a campout and was climbing up the face of a mountain. I had climbed quite a ways up when I looked above me. About 60 feet up was an eagle perched on an outcroping of rock by her aerie. We just sat there a moment, both looking at each other. All of a sudden, without any flapping, she stretched her wings out and "fell" into the high wind letting the current take her up, circling and still looking at me.
