Story Behind the Song
Too many acid jazz tunes are one or two chord vamps with "blowing" - all textures and no composition. This was an attempt to write one that, aside from the various textures and funky grooves, has an interesting melody, harmony and form. Check out Doug Webb's especially burning tenor solo!›
