	Story Behind the Song I have a friend who made it big in rock music, but had to go to London to do it, leaving behind everything and everybody she knew. I thought she probably felt like Alice in Wonderland, like she was in a dream world, and wishing she could go home again. But I always admired her for her convictions and her focus. Believe it or not, it's a song of admiration, and I'm just sort of looking at things from her perspective. I wrote this song at home when I was just strumming my guitar trying to come up with a new melody, and this one line popped into my head.
