	Story Behind the Song Picture yourself the front porch in the windy mountains, overlooking a beautiful sunset. Take a deep breath and take it all in. Orginally I came up with the tuning and the melody at the Mountain Aire fest 98 in Angles Camp, Ca. Later that day I jammed with Ben Harper as he walked around the campsite with his guitar in hand. Those were the days. Then later that year I played it live at the Windy Mountain Ranch in Kneland Ca. The name "Windy Mountain Air" came from those days. We fianlly put it on a cd, saving it for years. This track features Russ Morgan on, Electric Guitar and Happy Apple, Mark Phillipp on Spring Drum, and perc. and Ryan Cassidy on Acoustic Guitar, Slide and Chimes.
