Story Behind the Song
Sex, drugs & Rock N Roll, it is what it is. This was the first song that I recorded in a professional studio (Cazador, Hollywood - 1998). I took my Les Paul with me to meet Jimmy Hunter to see if I wanted to work him (engineer/producer) for my debut CD. We layed most of the tracks on that first visit and then went on to complete the CD in 1999.
Lyrics
Well, everybodys shopping for something at the market place,
But, not everybodys telling what they are shopping for,
There is a price they pay for their day to day, to day to day to day,
Its the price they pay to score,
Dont ask me what its for,
Its just the price they pay to score.
So I went for the rush, but I couldnt get much,
Cause I got it all wrong,
Then I laid it down in another futile song
And the day to day, to day to day, to day to day to day,
It blows me out,
Cmon blow me out,
Blow me out, baby.
Youve got to tell me what you want,
Cause Ive got it, and I can give it to you,
I will give it to you any time you need it babe,
I will blow you; you will blow me,
We will blow each other out,
There will be no doubt,
There could be no doubt about it,
Blow me out,
Yeah yeah yeah yeah!
[Instrumental break]
I am going to make your toes tingle baby,
Going to make your little ears ring,
I am going to make you come so hard.
Going to make you sting,
I am going to make your heart, sing a song,
So clear, so strong, so true,
I want you!
Cmon Blow me out
Cmon Blow me out, baby
Blow me out!
