	Story Behind the Song This song was written by me and Ms. Kathy Valentine. I was so inspired just to be working with Kathy that when she started to play the first rif I instantly found the words and melody laying there before me. It was a very spontaneous and simple process. We wrote it at her house in LA in a matter of minutes. Then we went and recorded it in one day. This song was truly meant to be! Lyrics Everybody's So Surprised I can look you in the eye everybody knows your name but I still don't feel no shame and I'll take all you can give cause that's all that you can give Everybody's So Surprised!
