	Story Behind the Song Life in the '80's, 90's, 00's is a constant struggle of maintaining one's truth in a sea of vanity and flypaper flying into your face. I know I have to keep pinching myself so I don't get snatched by the body snatchers. Recorded at my old studio (Canna Valley Studios), starting with acoustic piano, layered with Yamaha CP70 electric piano and many a guitar, acoustic and electric, adding drums and bass, and vocals. Everything real. No drum machines. No Midi. No sequencers. Mixed at Canna Valley in 1999. Digital mastering at my current office (temporary) "studio" on my Powerbook last year (2001). Lyrics I think the lyrics explain themselves. Written originally back in the late 1980's upon reacting to some obnoxious situations. Changed quite a bit when I wrote the music (mid-late 1990's).
