	The flag song is a song about flag, in which the song describes the flag's evilness and misrepresentation of the flag. There are many evil things in this world, and one of them is the flag which the flag song talks about, or "songs" if you will. It is the song that is evil, but the flag that is evil. Evil is describing the flag, and song is describing evil flag. Actually, in a way evil flag is describing the noun song, or rather specifying what the song is about. It's not really modifying the word song in a grammatical sense. So. song is the noun, flag is specifying what the song is about, and evil is describing the flag, not the song.
