	Story Behind the Song Rullian is actually my mother's second born. He died shortly after birth along with his twin brother, Renato. Like myself, Rullian was an "accident." His appearance surprised everybody-specifically my parents who didn't have another male name picked out. Sensing that the babies may not have long to live, the doctor named the second twin "Rullian" and promptly baptized him. I often wonder what kind of person he would have been-and wether he would have told me that this song really is in 6/4, and not 3/4 like a true waltz. Way to go, Rullian. I sure could have used your help. Lyrics One of my favorite memories of my mom is her singing "Que Sera Sera" in the kitchen of our home as she tasted some Filipino dish she was making. I love that song. And it's a waltz.
