	Story Behind the Song Watching the bull riders every week on television was the inspiration for this song. The song was written one night after having one to many beers. It was an easy write and was recorded over several takes, over several weeks time. Lyrics Expectations of staying on a one ton monster with two horns. He's snorting and jumping in the chute as I sit down on that brute. Is it possibl;e to stay put on that beast, with one little rope? Anticipating as the gate swings wide, can I stay for that 8 second ride. I go into a fantasy, a dream world as time slows down. Then reality rushes back as I lie there on the ground. I jump up quickly only to see a vision from hell coming after me. A clown faced angel emerges to face that demons deadly surges. I take off running towards the gate, hoping that I'm not to late. Two more angels by my side, shake my hand for that 8 second ride. I go into a fantasy, a dream world as time slows down. My head clears to the sound of the crowd screaming out loud. Make that 8 second ride.(repeat)
