	Story Behind the Song This song is about how you sometimes fight with yourself: You vs. Your Mind. George Zownir has commented, "This song is kind of about growing up. I feel that I'm at a very weird stage of my life right now and everything is changing. I realize that I'm getting older and no matter what I do or what I try, I can't prevent these changes. You got to let nature takes it course and go along with it." The song was written in the summer of 1999 and it took about 20 minutes to write. "It felt very natural. The words and music came out at the same time." The song was finally recorded on March 3, 2002 in Boston, MA, by producer Eddie Jackson. The vocals and guitars were recorded at the same time. "I have a hard time not singing and playing at the same time. I can't do one and not the other. It just feels more natural that way because it reflects a live performance. I have to do both at the same time." The song took four takes in the studio, and you're listening to the final product.
