Story Behind the Song
This song is about when you start to lose faith in people and life, but then someone comes along and makes you realize that life is a beautiful thing. It's a pretty self-explanatory tune. Cass' piano solo started out as a joke, but we both thought it was so great that we knew he HAD to pay it that way!
Lyrics
Pull me back, pull me back into this fairytale
Losing faith cause of shot down dreams
Double takes to heartaches and everything in between
Losing track of what I need in a Lover
Spirit, life, and passion, you can hold the drama
Pull me back, pull me back into this fairytale
It's people like you who were the catalyst for the musical
How else would they know how to burst into song unless they heard you sigh
You took me higher in three days
Then three years on an airplane
Somewhere between child and adult we get torn
But laughter is Love in the purest form
You made my night,
My week,
My life
You made my night,
My week,
My life
It's people like you who were the catalyst for the musical
How else would they know how to burst into song unless they heard you sigh
Maybe they could read your mind
