	This wonderful tune has always been a favorite of mine and I have always wanted to write an arrangement for the solo guitar. In my own mind I wanted the arrangement to have an orchesral feel to the theme.

	Story Behind the Song When "Just For Friends" was in the making '95-96 we had perhaps one of the worst winter's with record snowfalls. I was really in the mood for doing " In The Bleak Mid-Winter" In this arrangement, I wanted the solo guitar to have orchestral texture behind the theme. So when the theme is first presented, it is in the treble voice and when it is reintroduced the second time, it is placed in a middle voice with counterpoint above and below the theme. giving the effect of a cello-guitar accompaniment.
