	Story Behind the Song (Chapter 2) As the legend of Diana grew, so too did the dangers posed by those who sought to misuse her priceless potions. The peace of mind she needed to do her work was the gift of a protector who maintained a constant guard, locking her secrets amidst the shadows cast by the enchanted oak. As a reward for his continued vigil, he could drink from the garden's depths and live on forever, but sharing the shadows with him was a challenger eager to rob him of his position and his spoils. Finally exhausted and unable to ward off the demons of sleep that urged him to join Diana in her dreams, the protector succumbed. Seizing his chance, the challenger crept past his sleeping rival and dragged Diana down to the infinite depths of the underworld. Roused from his guilty sleep, the protector was dared to follow.
