	Story Behind the Song the lyrics for this song were unfortunately inspired a real life rape experienced by the vocalist. She brought the lyrics to us in February of 2000 and we decided to work on the track. In April/May of 2000 we recorded her vocal tracks. We had already pretty much finished the bulk of the music by the time we were approached. The original instrumental was entitled "among the clouds". For this remix, we used verse one, the chorus and a selected line from verse two. I think that ultimately this arrangement made the song that much more haunting.
