Story Behind the Song
Abwoon D'bwashmaya would probably have been the words spoken by Jesus when he began the "Lord's Prayer." The modern translation of "Our Father who art in Heaven..." leaves much to be desired from the original Aramaic which symbolized the sound of creation acknowledging its creation while in the process of creating.
This song, done in three parts, represents a chant, a song of oneness with all creation, and a glorious celebration of the love available to all in the Universe.
