	Story Behind the Song This is one of the earliest "Nunc Dimittis" songs.. you see, this is the original idea i had for the band.. songs like this.. I was going to release a debut 7 inch with this and then another song i wrote called "Nunc Dimittis" both w/ dave on drums.. It never came to be for a couple of reasons, but i still have these recordings. This is such un-tapped potential that got bogged down, i think it's sad. I wish i could still be in the place in my life that i'd be able to still write like this.. The Drums were recorded to 2-track, the Guitar and Bass were then done to 4 track in 1997.. then when compiling a bunch of my songs, at the end of 2000, i noticed that this one never had the vocals done.. so i took the original mix-down, tranferred it to my 8 track, and recorded the vocals, and this is how it turned out. This one has been a favourite at open mics i've played since i wrote it.
