	Story Behind the Song One of the first songs to be recorded for Freestyle, "In Pete's Country" first appeared on an instrumental guitar compilation CD called "Enough Talk" (Rhythmicon Records 2001). The version that ended up on my CD is a remake recorded toward the end of the sessions. The tune gets its name from French guitar master Pierre Bensusan, whose harmonic territory I was exploring by trying to use the DADGAD tuning without a lot of open drone notes. Lyrics You'll have to make up your own lyrics for this one. Although that might be appropriate; it's intended to be a singable type of instro tune.
