Fractal opened with impromptu soundscaping and noisemaking on their concert on March 16th in Sunnyvale. Only the final one-and-a-half minutes were captured in recording but it managed to capture somewhat the ambiance of the moment. |

Story Behind the Song
Haste and chaos dominated this evening, brought about by a combination of overscheduling and absence of the house sound engineer. Rather than do a soundcheck in front of a waiting audience, the band opted to combine pragmatism with musical challenge by launching with abandonment into freeform noisemaking. The official opening track of that night immediately followed this improv, with house sound having been optimized in the process (by Adrian - backup house sound engineer).
