	Story Behind the Song This is a new digital production of a former analog work. Recorded, mixed, and mastered, on my PC studio with Cubase VST and Wavelab. The lyric was inspired by a dear friend of mine who succumbed to substance abuse. CHORUS: I thought she'd be a queen, She stood so far above the rest, The world was at her side, Somehow she lost her dream, Booze and pills took all the rest, Leaving nothing left inside. CHORUS INSTUMENTAL She'll try and do her best, Take the best from day to day, And then leave the rest behind. Time will be the test, Of all the chances that we take, And the one's we let pass by.
