	Story Behind the Song A recent surgery I went through went bad, really bad. I ended up in the hospital for five days and back at home for another week. During this time I was on some really wacked-out pain medication that caused me to have totally bizarre nightmares and hallucinations. The only time I maintained sanity was when I finally stopped taking the pain killers. I wrote the song in a few places: my head, my bedroom, a friend's house, in the car, etc. It took about three days to complete the song and four days to record. How many takes? Ummmm... no comment.
