Story Behind the Song
Influence = The English Rippers. Saucy Jack and Pete the Yorkshireman.
Playing with the idea of bracket-titling the song "Jack The Surrealist" but figure I am not in a very mature state of mind atm. No drugs of any kind...I'm not an advocate of drugs. Pathetic if you ask me...like the time I had to take the ferry to Shellbyville... Surrealism and the english rippers blend to get the lyrics here.
Lyrics
The violent caress of what this world has left
A mutilation of a body.
Hidden in the alleys, enshrouded with a stench of urine and the cold sea air.
Faces smashed against stone footpaths,
Mutilated breasts resting at her head.
A conscience.
Emitting from the innermost mind.
In a thought bubble, screaming:
"Never released"
A distorted expression of pain
Weep stone tears, ice cold, yet stained with filth
Intestines sliced, ready-mades of blood and flesh
A triangular formation, at bloodied legs
A formless creature screams:
"Whores to mutilate, streets of gods city to be cleaned"
Sevenfold? a victim of occupation
Skull smashed open, hammer revelation.
Raw thoughts, the unconscious exposed,
The writing far too smudged to read.
Sutcliffe caught Courting Millers in Yorkshire.
You little Ripper.
