"Stratosphere" genre: Melodic Trance

	For a start, the name is just Luna but the site wouldn't except that. Anyway, the track itself I would describe as being melodic, dark and uplifting at the same time, and like a lot of my stuff, highly energetic. This track is in the same sort of vein as Paul Van Dyk, Matt Darey & Ferry Corstein, etc. The sort of track you'd remember after a night out clubbing.
	Story Behind the Song The idea for this track started out about 2 yrs ago as just a chord progression but I couldn't think of anything to go over the top of it. Then finally I got around to finishing it in about Oct 2000, along with a 12" version. 2 months later it went out on the first Luna demo to most of the major dance labels in London. It was only then that I realised I wasn't all that happy with it, so I remixed it in July 2001 and sent it out again in both formats. Hence the track having more of a rhythmic bass line, better sounds and not sounding so overcrowded as it did before.
