	Story Behind the Song When I was a young boy I use to go to the corner of the hood and play the numbers for my Aunt. The gentelman to whom I passed the said money nunber line my Aunt wanted to play was this black man named "Rosey", and he always would ask me if I felt lucky today. I just transplanted that theme and placed myself in the scene when I got a little older.
