Story Behind the Song
I wrote this song right after I heard that Michael Hedges had passed away. He had influenced me so much in my pursuit of creating my own music and still does. This song is a tribute to his life and his music. I practiced for two years until I could play this song in his honor. It was recorded live in one take. No dubs. Just like Michael. I hope you enjoy it.
