	Story Behind the Song This was almost certainly written after spending an evening discussing how much more fun life used to be when we weren't teachers. (Yes, we have to confess to it!)It's amazing how readily self-indulgent lyrics spring to mind after a cup of tea or two. In this self-indulgent respect it has some of the traits of the early influence of Simon -Garfunkel about which we feel no shame at all. It was written in 1993, but was only recorded in 2001 for the 'To those who wait' CD.
