	Story Behind the Song Apostasy means the renunciation of old beliefs and an abandoning of principles. It is sung in a chanting style heard along the nordic tribal areas and Eastern European areas. In these areas herdsman and others communicated to each other by yelling and singing in a high-volume style. This was the only way to communicate, keep track of people and scare away wolves. Interesting that the name Randy means keeper of wolves. This track by Randy Granger is a full-voiced, close harmony chant that cuts right through flesh. It is in the style of Dead Can Dance and Swedish duo Lena Willemark and Ale Moller. If the universe was created with a word then this is one artist's way of answering the call.
