	Story Behind the Song Well, obvious from the title, this song was written on a Saturday night, also obviously, when I was alone. I wrote it and recorded it in my dorm room in about 30 minutes. Lyrics alone on a saturday night all alone without a home i miss my love shes far away working hard for her trip i want her here so we can play my fingers want to touch her lips see her smile and smell her hair so perfect and blonde i want her to be cold so i can warm her up with my hold so yeah alone on a saturday night with none of that
