	Story Behind the Song This song was recorded at an 8 track studio, where I worked as an engineer. I was asked to write a song describing the importance of the people who volunteered at our local TV station. They wanted to convey the importance of these people and how they made possible the quality and sense of community that the station provided. It sounded like they wanted me to write a commercial. I didn’t know how to do that. What I DID do was write a song that hinges upon a general theme of working together for a common goal. The song stands alone well with its universal idea of give and take. It was also just what they wanted for their theme song, which they used along with video when they signed off at night. I wish I could redo the vocals. I am not pleased with them.
