	Story Behind the Song "Later now, Lindenau" was written to commemorate John Lindenau's retirement from teaching trumpet and brass ensemble at Interlochen Center for the Arts. He was my teacher from 1979-81 and remains one of my closest friends. He is now "Captain John" of Infinity Charters in Leland, Michigan.
