	Describing a drug's effects can only be done by giving someone an experience. Sometimes an experience will happen if the person believes they are on drugs. To make someone believe they are on drugs, give them a fake pill that resembles something they might take as an illegal narcotic. The fake pill is the placebo, or fake drug. The power of the placebo is a mind trick. What the mind doesn't know will be the device that inhibits the doer. The effects of the doer's experience may be greater then the effects of someone who did the real thing. Placebo's are a difficult way to test the effects of drugs on people because the placebo sometimes out-performs the experimental drug. Where does this power come from?
