	Story Behind the Song This was an impromptu spoken word improv inspired by Joe Frank on KCRW. It's kinda sexy, kinda funny. Took up about 15 minutes of my time to write. It's the title track of my new CD! Check it out, folks! Lyrics It was like this I was working at Kmart It was dark I was closing up This guy walks in Hes kinda cute He looks at me, then he asks "Do you have any riding mowers?" And I said "One or two-seater? Hand crank or auto? Gas or electric? Push...or ride?" He had steely blue eyes He saw right through my lines So I said, "They're on aisle three, Would you like me to show you?" And he said "Okay" He walked behind me He was so close I could feel his breath on my neck He had steely blue eyes He saw into my mind So there we were On aisle three We were about two inches apart We were just looking at each other He sat down On the floor I said "What are you doing?" He said "Come here." I said "What for?" He said "I want to show you something." He had steely blue eyes There was no compromise So I sat down He put his hand on my leg On my knee to be exact And he traveled upwards And I thought Well this is getting interesting Then I thought I'm going to get fired And then the lights went out All over the store One By One He had steely blue eyes There was no compromise Attention Kmart shoppers Blue light love on aisle three Blue light love on aisle three
