Story Behind the Song
When I heard the original instrumental track by Jerome, I was inspired to write the lyrics. I wrote them in about an hour and a half, and then recorded the vocals the next day. The lyrics tell the story of a woman who knew all along that her man had strayed, but would return to her, and how sweet their reunion was.
