Story Behind the Song
Not only was this one of the best groups I ever did a quick demo for, but the whole thing was done one-take, live in the studio except for some overdubbed guitar solos and background vocals. Their music was well written, well produced, and performed flawlessly. Same story applies for the other two Pyramid songs, Things That Are Said and Too Far. All three were recorded on a Tascam 1" 16-track reel-to-reel and mixed to half-track. I archived to DAT several years later.
