Particularly in the "Bible Belt", that mostly barren patch of territory in the southern USA where everyone, of course, loves Jesus, you often run into specialists in moralizing, those always ready with a pertinent piece of advice for anyone facing a decision. After several years in Texas you sooner or later smarten up to the fact that these folks are just as in need of "salvation" as their prospective victims. Lyrics
There's an old man living down beyond the train tracks
These days more drunk than sober but that's okay
Years ago he chucked his wife
Now he eats with a greasy knife
He will look you in the eye and he will say:

She lives in grimy digs in low rent
    While her boss drives Mercedes-Benz
When I pass her on the street I stop and say:

There's a preacher who always knows what's right for others
Gives a sermon when you ask for the time of day
If he were honest he would confess
That his own life is a mess
I'd give anything to one day hear him say:
