	Story Behind the Song The movie Blade has become one of my favorite vampire action flicks, and certainly one reason is due to the impression the blood bath scene made on me. Near the beginning of the movie, a vampire vixen played by Traci Lords leads her hapless victim to an underground dance club housed in a working slaughter house. After wading through the dark and bizarre people on the dance floor, the DJ brings the writhing mass to a climax and then a shower of blood rains down from the overhead sprinkler system. The track the DJ is playing is by New Order, or at least the members of New Order, and I tried to write a similar feel to Blood Bath.
